About Me

One thing that you need to know about me up front is that my life is about bringing order and peace to places of chaos. My experience in doing this comes from living it every day – I've been married for 14 years and have four boys, ages 5 to 11 (even our dog is a boy)! While order is often fleeting, it is necessary to keep our family unit working among church, school, sports, and all sorts of social functions for six people. Achieving order with a family is remarkably similar to making it happen in business. With order comes the ability to execute efficiently and that translates into bottom line improvements for my clients!

Where in the business world have I brought order and peace?

• Led the delivery of a revolutionary new web site (in the very early days of the Internet) to allow dealers to be able to order their products from the manufacturer over the Internet. That site went on to process over 90% of the company orders within six months of being launched and won three consecutive CIO Magazine awards.
• Built and introduced new products and new lines of business contributing over $20M in revenue growth.
• Created new organizations and teams that outperformed plans.
• Authored and contributed to numerous business plans, budgets and strategic plans.
• Strategized and executed marketing and plans that delivered more leads and drove adoption.
• Developed and facilitated new training courses.
• Grew customer support teams and systems.
• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt that has delivered measurable process improvements to all of my employers and clients.

The heart of my experience has always been in technology, more specifically software. I began my career in technology and process consulting, building systems for large corporations like Toyota, Honda, Mazda, BAX Global, and Unocal. I was on the leading edge of building business solutions on the Internet. This experience has continued as I have lead teams engaged in all disciplines of conducting business on the Internet including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, social media marketing, affiliate marketing and display advertising.
